Our website carolinasuncatcher.com has been unable to be accessed due to problems that incurred when we transferred the site from our previous server to register.com.
This was due to register.com not being able to do what register.com said would be done. We have spent lots of time getting this done. There were days that went by that I did not receive replies to emails to I sent to register.com concerning the problem.
We can say at this time that the service was lacking. And that is putting it mildly!!!!
It has taken over 24 days for the process.
We are sorry that this cause any inconvenience to our customers.
